How can I purchase a pair of Alima e-shop?

1, Select the product you would like to buy and check the different categories available by clicking on the icons of the top pf the screen

2, Click on the image to acces the individual’s item product page where you will be given information on sizing, colour options and quantities remaining on stock.. Then click and add to your “shopping basket

3, Review the items you have chosen by doing click on your “shopping basket”. If you want to finish your purchase click on “check out

4, In case you are already registered, introduce your email and password and click on “log in”. If you are not registered, fill in the form and click on “send”

5, Following you can check your order and contact details. Fill in the form with your delivery information details, only if different from details in the registration form.

6, Then, go to “payment” step and fill in your credit card details, through PayPal or through the bank transfer.

7, To finish with you can check the “confirmation of your purchase” with your order number. Also, you will receive this confirmation by e-mail.

 

How can I pay my order?

Prices shown on the site are in euros and payment will be done through “payment gateaway” by filling your credit card details. Also you can make the payment through PayPal or through the bank transfer.

 

How can I search a pair of Alima ?

On the top of the screen you can select the icons “brand new”, “limited ed.”, “summer”, “winter

You can also click on the icon “search” on the top of the screen and write the product category you are searching for, as for example: espadrille, sandal, pump, sneaker, ballerina, handbag, cap, etc.

 

 

What is my size?

The sizes featured on the e-shop are European continental sizes. You can check the following table of equivalences, please don’t forget that is a general guideline and that measurements may differ between styles.

How to track my order?

In the e-mail you will receive with the your order confirmation, you will receive the order reference and costs. Then, when you order is dispatched you will receive and email with UPS tracking number of your order.

Besides, you can also check this tracking number on the top of the screen “orders”, just enter your email and order reference that we emailed to you.

Finally, click on the icon “tracking” and you will be redirected to UPS website, where you could easily enter your tracking number and you can check the current status of your order.

 

When will I receive my order?

In order to process your order, Alima will need approximately 1 or 2 business days, depending on the moment of the day we receive it.
Once you order has been shipped, UPS estimates the following delivery time:

Spain 1 business day
Europe 2 business days
Asia 3 business days
USA 3 business days


Shipping costs will be calculating depending on the size, weight and destination of your package. All shipping is handled by Alima carrier partner UPS.

 

How to return or exchange my order?

1, Within 7 days from your order reception, please click on the tab “orders”, enter your e-mail and password and select the article or articles that you would like to return. Then, please fill in the return form and specify the reason of it (exchange of size, model, quality fault...).

2, You will receive an e-mail with return confirmation details

3, You must put on the external side of the carton the number of return which you will recive with information, for example N.Return:852.

4, You are allowed 5 working days’ time from the moment you receive the Return Number and you proceed to the return shipment. It must reach our offices in 30 days from the date when you received your order.

5, Please, make sure the following requirements are met: the product is unworn, in perfect or the same conditions as when received and in the original package. Then, send the parcel to our headquarters:

Which is the cost of a return or exchange?

The return shipping costs will always be on the client’s behalf. In case of proven manufacturing or quality defect or other on our own fault, shipping costs will be paid by alima.

In case of exchange of a size or model or colour, the 2nd shipment will be free. If the exchanged item is cheaper we will reimburse or in the contrary we will charge the amount difference.

In some cases, returns have to pay import duties on the customs usually charged to the customer. In order to avoid these costs, the return form shall be correctly filled and include copies of the original UPS invoice and the parcel should be marked on the outside the following: RETURNS MADE IN SPAIN – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE.

Besides, customers shall bear in mind that we cannot be responsible for the lost of your parcel. We strongly advise our customers to use a certified courier to do the return.

Please, note that unidentified return/exchanges may be returned to the sender.
